High School Program

High school programs are typically taught in an eight session segment (one day per week, for eight consecutive weeks).

Week 1: Goals

Week 2: Influences

  • REAL Essentials Power Point: What does the media say about love, sex, marriage?
  • Drugs, Alcohol & Pornography – Fact or Fiction
  • Love Tank: making sure we know where to find support for difficult choices
  • Etch a Sketch: what do we need to ‘shake up’ about the way we deal with unhealthy influences?
Week 3: Navigating Differences

  • Physical Differences

  • Circle Game: discussing stereotypes & challenging myths about the opposite sex
